Terms, in plain language.

This page is a plain-language summary of the current public VibeSpace service terms. It does not promise a feature, outcome, refund, or uninterrupted availability.

Using VibeSpace

You are responsible for using VibeSpace lawfully, protecting your account and provider credentials, and reviewing actions before they affect files, systems, people, or paid services. Do not use VibeSpace to abuse, disrupt, deceive, infringe rights, bypass access controls, or handle content you are not authorized to use.

The open-source code license and hosted or paid services are different things. An open-source license does not create a right to hosted services, paid features, or continued application access.

Access and separate feature billing

VibeSpace Access: $20/month after the introductory 30-day access trial. Optional AI/voice/cloud plans are billed separately.

Cancellation and refunds

To cancel a future Access renewal, use the VibeSpace desktop app: open Settings, then Billing & Access, and follow the billing-management route shown there. Cancel optional feature subscriptions separately.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the status and effective date shown in the billing surface. It does not itself issue a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the terms presented in the payment-processor or account-linked support flow. A request or review does not guarantee approval.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, use the account-linked support route shown in the desktop billing surface. Do not post billing details in a public issue.

Availability and responsibility

Features may change, fail, be limited, or depend on your operating system, hardware, network, provider, or third-party service. Back up important work. VibeSpace is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular outcome.

Third-party providers have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and charges. You are responsible for reviewing them before connecting a provider.

Changes and questions

Material pricing or term changes should be presented before they govern a future purchase or renewal. For account-specific questions, use the support route inside VibeSpace. For public code issues, use the GitHub issue tracker without including private information.
